Online Parks and Recreation Registration

Most of the classes held in our Fitness Center are free for members - specialty classes are offered at a substantially reduced price. Anyone can drop-in to any class as long as it is not a session that has already begun - see rates below.

The Saturday 9:30 class is Zumba this weekend (12/14). Dana M. is teaching - please pre-register by calling the office at 724-779-4386, ext. 1129. No charge for members!

What's going on this month?

Just highlighting a couple of classes - please check the calendar for the full schedule.

Pilates - Rotates every week - either 8:30 or 9:30. Every week we also roll out a different body part. What is rolling out? Whether due to injury, misuse, abuse or overuse our bodies can get trigger points or adhesions that basicallyl are like glue that doesn't allow us to move freely. We get "stuck". Using the Yoga Tune up Therapy balls can help us get unstuck and lead a pain free life. Give it a try!

Rejuvenate and Restore Yoga - Every Friday until Christmas we are changing out Yoga flow class to Rejuvenate and Restore Yoga. It will be a Gentle Yoga class with no flow but we will still strengthen and stretch our muscles. We will also be using the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls to get into your tight spaces and just feel better! Come and join us!

Zumba Toning - Dana M. is back on Tuesday nights at 6:30 with Zumba Toning and she is killing it!

Saturday, 12/14 - 9:30 class is Zumba with Dana  - please pre-register in the office - free for members!

Saturday, 12/21 - 9:30 class is Yoga Flow with Nancy - please pre-register in the office - free for members!

Tuesdays Hatha Yoga with Becca at 10:30 AM

Wednesdays – Gentle Yoga 11:30-12:30 PM Free for GF Members Drop-in rate for non-members. This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice.  The combination of gentle Hatha and deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are welcome in these classes.  Practitioners with limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required.

We are always in need of competent Fitness Instructors! Email nancy.triscuit@cranberrytownship.org and we can discuss! At the moment, we are in need of an evening Zumba Instructor and Strength Training instructor.








MONTHLY GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE

Get fit while having fun in our group fitness classes. Choose from a full menu of innovative and established 60, 45, and 30-minute exercise sessions, six days a week, all year long. There are no long-term contracts or membership fees and all classes on the monthly schedule are included with a monthly membership.  Join for a month or take a class- the choice is yours!

All classes are multi-level, designed for participants 18 and older (Ages 14-17, if accompanied by a legal guardian) ranging from beginner through advanced. Our instructors can offer guidance concerning program placement. Examples of classes featured in our program include: Boot Camp, Cardio Butts and Gutts, Fitness-Lite, Group Barbell, Zumba, Yoga, Cardio Core H.I.T., Pilates, and much more. We're always adding new classes. Once registered, you can participate in as many sessions as you choose.

Take an unlimited number of classes throughout the month.Passes expire at the end of the month and cannot be prorated. Sign up for 'auto-renew' and receive a $3 discount and two guest passes.
