HOW TO REGISTER
Registration is accepted online, in person, or by phone.
- Returning participant: Go to Sign In
- New to our system: Go to Create New Account. Follow the step-by-step instructions. Remember to include all family members for future programing. Register for program/membership and pay
Walk-In: Visit the Parks & Recreation Customer Service Desk, Cranberry Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 600.
Phone-In: 724-779- 4 FUN (4386) Pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover). Payment in full is due at time of registration.
All Programs will be filled first come first served. Programs may fill quickly so register early. Some programs will have registration deadlines. If your desired program is full, a wait list may be created. Participants on a wait list will be added according to entry order and will be notified only if a space becomes available, or if a new session has been added.
A Cranberry Township resident is defined as an individual living within the 16066 zip code. Exceptions have been entered into our system, recording the proper residency status.

We may take your picture during programs or events. Photos may be displayed in the Municipal Center, posted on our website or social media, placed in future recreation guides,or the township newsletter, or submitted to the newspaper. Please let us know if this presents a problem.
Contact Parks & Recreation Customer Service at 724-779- 4FUN (4386) to withdraw or cancel a registration. Instructors are not authorized to issue refunds or credits.
Refunds: A refund will be issued if the Parks & Recreation office is notified of the withdrawal at least 7 days in advance of the start date of the class or activity. Refunds are issued by check or credited to a credit card. A processing fee of $5 is assessed for all cancelled registrations. No refunds issued after the program start date.
Credit on Account: If the withdrawal is made 1-7 days prior to the start of the program, a Parks and Recreation credit will be placed on the household account. A processing fee of $5 per program is assessed for all cancelled registrations.
