Things are perking up at a new business on Commonwealth Drive.
Industry Coffee gained approval to open a drive-thru-only location at 900 Commonwealth Drive, Suite 100.
The 3,000 square foot space previously housed a bank but will be converted to a restaurant that serves coffee and breakfast food items via drive-thru. There is no in-store ordering or seating.
Approval was granted following a public hearing.
