The Board of Supervisors officially reorganized January 3 with sites set on a busy and bustling 2023.
In addition to matters that take place at the beginning of each year, the Board elected new leadership for the new year.
Mike Manipole was elected Chairman, while Bruce Hezlep was elected Vice Chairman. As the 2022 Vice Chairman Manipole had been filling in as Chairman since the passing of Dick Hadley in August 2022.
In other organizational matters, the Board approved several appointments to various committees and boards, including:
- Corrine Satriano to the Library Board to a term expiring December 31, 2025
- Tom Parkinson to the Library Board to a term expiring December 31, 2025.
- James Colella to the Planning Advisory Commission to a term expiring December 31, 2026.
- John Morgan to the Planning Advisory Commission to a term expiring December 31, 2026.
- Jerry Andree to the Vacancy Board to a term expiring December 31, 2023.
