A proposed change to a Township housing plan would reduce the overall number of units.
The Board of Supervisors on November 17 held a public hearing on revisions to Phase 2 of the Laurel Pointe PRD.
The three-phase development received tentative approval in October 2020. Phase 2 was originally planned to contain 59 of the development’s 168 units.
During a public hearing on the matter, the Board heard the developer’s plan to reduce the overall number of units to 161 and 52 within Phase 2. The change keeps the development well within the Township’s density and open space requirements.
The Board will consider the matter at the December 8 meeting.
