Creativity will abound if a proposed daycare center gains approval from the Township Board of Supervisors.
The one story, 14,552 square foot daycare center would be built on 3.1 acres at 9112 Marshall Road. A single-family home that currently occupies the property would be razed.
The center would feature two outdoor play areas on each end of the building, as well as grass on the side. One point of access will be maintained onto Marshall Road, and sidewalk, landscaping, and light options that are considerate of neighboring residences will be included.
A public hearing on the proposal was held May 26. The Board will consider the matter at the June 2 meeting.
