Two projects aimed at improving waterline access and improving stormwater management were authorized to be bid by the Board of Supervisors on March 31.
The first is a waterline replacement project on Peters Road near Lee and Burke roads. It is anticipated that 1,000 feet of 10-inch waterline will be installed, with two hydrants replaced.
The second deals with upgrades in the Sun Valley area of the Township. More than 1,000 feet of pipe and inlets, as well as 1,210 feet of new waterline and two replaced hydrants are sought for Greenwood Drive.
The bids will be considered in the coming months.
