It’s almost time for the curtain to rise on the Cranberry Township Community Chest’s 2021 Project of the Year.

When the stage lights turn on at the updated Rotary Amphitheater in Community Park, the venue will sport a new sponsor in Armstrong.

Cranberry Township and CTCC are excited to announce that Armstrong has become a sponsor of the Rotary Amphitheater for the next six years.

“Cranberry is built on community involvement and partnerships, and this is just another example of that commitment,” said Dan Santoro, Township Manager. “Armstrong has long been one of Cranberry’s biggest supporters, and we are beyond thankful for their support in helping us make the Township a desirable place to live, work and play.”

As a signature CTCC Project of the Year sponsor, Armstrong’s name and brand will be prominently displayed on front signage on the Rotary Amphitheater, visible to all Community Park visitors, performers, and the audience.

“Armstrong is proud to support the Cranberry Community Park through CTCC Rotary Amphitheater Project. We’ve made a commitment to keep residents connected and have made upgrades throughout Cranberry Township. Given the challenges of 2020, I look forward to attending many events at the Amphitheater,” said Joe Taylor, General Manager of the Zelienople Armstrong office.

Renovations have been ongoing at the Amphitheater, with upgrades to the stage and electrical capacity nearly complete. Additionally, the venue will have improved ADA accessibility made possible by a grant from the Edith L. Trees Charitable Trust. Other notable gifts include donations from the Cranberry Sunrise and Noon Rotaries, and a grant from First Energy.
