The detour eastbound on Freedom Road will have motorists turn right onto Commonwealth Drive to Thornhill Road then go northbound on Route 19 (Perry Highway) to Freedom Road.
Motorists westbound on Freedom Road will turn right onto Executive Drive, turn right onto Cranberry Square Drive then go southbound onto SR 19 (Perry Highway) to Thornhill Road to Commonwealth Drive, back onto Freedom Road.
