The Meeder development continues to grow from the ground up.
The development was given final land development approval for five additional phase of the overall project. The matters were approved during the June 4 Board of Supervisors meeting.
Phases 5 and 6 consist of 49 townhouse units. Meanwhile, Phases 7, 10 and 11 will see 9 townhouse units and 50 single-family resident lots be constructed.
Four phases of the overall plan still need final approval. Township ordinance allows for the phases to be built out of order or concurrently.
