A lengthy evaluation process is leading to changes within the Township’s Public Works Department.
On Monday, Supervisors gave their support for a plan to make Kelly Mauer the Assistant Director of Public Works. Greg Hoover will become Program Manager for Public Works.
The moves come after a Six Sigma Evaluation of the practices and procedures of the department. The moves were also based, in part, on the results of an employee survey.
