A series of changes to the massive 195-acre Park Place development were approved by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors on October 3. The changes involve Phases 6, 7 and 8 of the development’s Master Plan. The changes to Phase 6 are relatively minor; four single-family home sites will turn into nine townhomes. Phases 7 and 8, however, are major changes involving a complete reconfiguration of planned apartment building sites into townhomes, resulting in a net reduction of 87 living units. Morgan Management, the apartment developer, has withdrawn from the project. Ryan Homes will take over the sites to build townhomes.
