Charter Homes, developer of the massive Meeder mixed-use project at the corner of Rochester Road and Rt. 19, is selling off the apartment component of its plans, which it identifies as Phase Four of the multi-phase development. The buyer is Watermark of Indianapolis, a company that specializes in upscale apartment building. Charter, however, will remain responsible for its implementation. At its July 25 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors approved the Assignment and Assumption Agreement which transfers the previously issued approval for that phase from Charter to Watermark.
