At its June 6 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors gave final approval to Phase Three of the Singer Development company’s Forest Edge Planned Residential Development. The plan, which has access from Hope Road, visualizes 42 new single-family homes on a 34-acre wooded tract acquired last year from the adjacent Russian Orthodox Church retreat. The revised plan, which was the subject of several lengthy public hearings earlier this year, will bring the neighborhood’s total to 101 units.
