Lee Nanna, who has served with distinction as Cranberry’s Emergency Management Coordinator for the past eleven years, has resigned that post. At its March 29 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors, following state-prescribed rules, recommended to Gov. Wolfe that Mark Nanna, who has served as Administrative Assistant for the Fire Company for many years, assume the additional responsibility of Emergency Management Coordinator. The Coordinator’s work is intermittent – occurring whenever a Township emergency is declared and an Emergency Response Center has been activated. Over the years, Mark has worked with Cranberry’s Fire Company in multiple capacities, including a time as its chief. In his capacity as a Cranberry staff administrator, he is also thoroughly familiar with Township operations.
