The currently undeveloped area between the old Auction Barn and Executive Drive along Brandt Drive is poised to become one of Cranberry’s newest neighborhoods. At its February 23 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors heard details of the proposed Tentative PRD and accepted public testimony. The project, involving six buildings, five of which include ground-level parking with four stories of apartment units above, includes a courtyard clubhouse community center, an outdoor pool, a trail system, sidewalks, and the Township’s first protected bike lane. The proposal also includes finishing Brandt Drive through to Thomson Park/Executive Drive, where a mini-roundabout would be installed.
