A conditional use application from the Room Concepts furniture company for construction of four nearly identical 12,000 square foot warehouse structures on a 4.7-acre Progress Avenue site was approved by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its meeting on February 2. The project has two phases. The first will be a single building used as a distribution warehouse for the company’s Wexford store. The remaining buildings will be developed in a subsequent phase as demand from outside tenants emerges. The property abuts Community Park.
