The impact of a decision by the developer of The Village of Cranberry Woods late last year move elements of its planned project so as to avoid building a massive retaining wall along its eastern edge, had a ripple effect across the project. At its February 2 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors approved a series of changes in the project’s plans to bring its permits into line with changes on the ground resulting from the retaining wall decision. Those changes included new roadway easements, new infrastructure rights of way, and building relocations, as well as a new dental office.
