Testimony on a conditional use application by Room Concepts furniture company for the construction of four nearly identical 12,000 square foot warehouse structures on a 4.7 acre Progress Avenue site was heard by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its meeting on January 26. The project is visualized as having two phases. The first would be a single building used as a distribution warehouse for the company’s Wexford store. The remaining buildings would be developed in a subsequent phase as outside tenants are secured. The property abuts Community Park. At the presentation’s conclusion, the Board agreed to consider final action at its February 2 meeting.
