Plans to add a 6,500 square foot Firebirds Wood Fired Grill to the 4.3 acre Phase 1 of Cranberry Springs’ 90-acre site were given a thumbs-up by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its March 3 meeting. Developers had applied for Conditional Use, Revised Preliminary, and Revised Final Master Plan approval for the subdivision. Another 7,500 square foot restaurant is proposed for a different lot on the site; a separate hearing will be held on it once an operator has been identified. Another part of the Phase 1 plan will involve an 18,000 square foot multi-tenant building housing offices, a bakery, a smaller restaurant, and two retail shops.
