An application from the Easter Seal Society for conditional use of space in a building at 8057 Rowan Road would enable the nonprofit organization to provide instructional facilities for children with moderate to severe disabilities. The building, which is on a private road just east of Rowan Elementary School, is currently home to ProSource Digital Printing Company, which would split the space, making 6,800 square feet available for the school. No significant exterior modification of the building is proposed as part of its application. At its November 19 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors accepted public comment and agreed to consider the application for final approval on December 4.
