A new development will bring a new grocery store chain to Cranberry and the region.
Henderson Crossing would be built on 44.5 acres at the intersection of Route 228, Franklin Road, and Hillmont Drive.
The proposed Community Shopping Center and Multi-Family Residential Development consists of retail, restaurant, drive-thru space, and gas station space, as well as eight multi-family residential buildings. The development includes a Meijer’s grocery store – the first of its kind in the region.
The Board of Supervisors approved the proposal on December 11, following a public hearing on the matter.
