As part of the ongoing Freedom Road Project, the entrance to Rolling Road at Freedom Road will be closed from July 21 through September 5.
A detour for the entrance to Rolling Road at Freedom Road directs drivers to Laporte Drive to bypass the work.
This project is an extension of Freedom Road project which includes new highway and turning lanes, widening, paving, drainage, signal upgrades/replacements, and lighting work with service and access roads, highway realignment and safety improvements and sidewalks.
Contractor Gulisek Construction LLC of Mt. Pleasant, Pa. are completing the $18 million project, which is expected to be complete in November 2025.
