The Board of Supervisors approved a preliminary design and engineering services contract with KU Resources Inc. for artificial turf soccer fields at North Boundary Park on June 26.
The work is the first of three phases. It will explore which of the three existing fields would best be converted into an artificial surface, as well as ADA accessibility, pedestrian connectivity, and cost estimates.
