The main event is a BBQ Competition open to all eager grillers and smokers. Competitors can sign up and purchase their competition meats at Henry’s Meat Market, 20865 Route 19. A panel of judges will choose the winners, who will receive trophies, medals, and other prizes.
TICKETS GO ON SALE ON JULY 1, 2025 for the general public to secure a meal of smoked brisket, pulled pork sandwich, smoked mac and cheese, baked beans, homemade coleslaw, and a drink. A kids' meal of chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and a drink is also available, as is a concession table featuring sweets and Henry’s meat sticks. Recon Brewing is on tap to provide locally made craft brews.
The event is free, though meals can only be purchased in advance.
