Planning never stops in Cranberry Township, and a four-hour Board of Supervisors special meeting on Saturday allowed further opportunity for Township leaders to look ahead.
The meeting featured a discussion of short- and long-term strategic planning initiatives heading into 2025. As part of annual planning discussions, the workshop sets the stage for the forthcoming budget review and adoption process.
Budget workshop meetings are set for early November, with the 2025 budget slated to be presented later in the month.
