The feasibility of a Community Recreation, Arts, & Cultural Complex in the Township will be considered in the coming months.
Following the feedback gathered from the recently updated Comprehensive Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan, the Board of Supervisors on May 30 approved a contract with DesignStream LLC to conduct the feasibility study for the Complex.
A new community space was identified as a top priority within the updated Comprehensive Plan and remains consistent with previous plans.
The study will look at potential locations, program expectations, a market analysis, and financial considerations, as well as loose conceptual layouts.
