Cranberry’s leaders are always willing to listen.
And sometimes, that listening leads to real changes in how the Township functions.
Changes to the Township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance aims to build on feedback while streamlining and consolidating requirements.
The Board of Supervisors on August 3 approved an update of the Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development ordinances. The approval came after a public hearing on the matters July 27. The changes consolidate scattered landscape requirements that previously existed in several locations. Updates were also made to buffering requirements, slope provisions, and street tree lists.
Several of the changes were made following feedback received from residents about the land development process.
