A long-standing agreement with three local municipalities will keep traffic flowing along major corridors.
At the April 6 meeting, the Board of Supervisors will consider Intermunicipal Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreements with Adams Township, Marshall Township, and Seven Fields.
Cranberry Township maintains 10 signals in those municipalities, including four in Marshall (Route 19 at Freeport Road and Emeryville Drive; Route 19 and Thorn Hill Road; Brush Creek Road at Commonwealth Drive; Freeport Road and Dutilh Road/Sheraton Drive); three in Adams Township (Route 228 and Adams Ridge Boulevard; Route 228 and Myoma Road; and Route 228 and Heritage Creek); and three in Seven Fields (Route 228 and Castle Creek; Route 228 and Castle Creek Extension; and Route 228 and Seven Fields Boulevard).
