A new residential complex aims to expand residential living options at the intersection of Route 19 and North Boundary Road.
The Boundary Lofts Planned Residential Development gained approval during the March 3 Board of Supervisors meeting. It followed a public hearing on the development.
The one-phase, two-building complex will bring 68 apartment-style units to a 7.36-acre space on the corner of Route 19 and North Boundary Road.
In addition to maintaining a large portion of green space, the development brings streetscape enhancements to North Boundary Road.
