Efforts to enhance are expected soon at two Township venues.
Upgrades at the Municipal Center, as well as the advancement of the Cranberry Highlands Golf Course Master Plan, were on the agenda during the January 27 Board of Supervisors meeting.
The Board approved a contract with Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. for supplemental and design services for a planned facelift at the Municipal Center. While the scope of work is not yet confirmed, a redesign and expansion of the parking lot is expected in 2022.
Also approved was an agreement with Designstream LLC to provide architectural services that would complement site improvement work over the coming years.
At Cranberry Highlands, the Board recently approved a Golf Course Master Plan study to identify potential improvements to the course itself. As part of that process, the Board also seeks to find potential areas of improvement for the Clubhouse area. Designstream LLC was awarded a contract to perform architectural services for that portion of the project.
