Betcha’ can’t build just one.
That’s true for Frito Lay as officials at the company’s warehouse in the Thomson Business Park seek to expand the building.
The two-phase expansion consists of a 2,634 square foot dock addition in the first phase, and a 32,490 square foot expansion to the existing distribution warehouse on the 10-acre property at 1100 Thomson Park Drive.
With the expansion comes streetscape enhancements in the area as required by Township ordinance. A public hearing was held for the conditional use at the March 24 Board of Supervisors meeting. The Board is expected to consider the matter during its April 1 meeting.
