A parking lot immediately to the north of the Waterpark can accommodate as many as 170 cars and help avoid the growing issue of patrons parking on the lawn at its south end – a problem which both damages the grass and results in $25 citations from the Township police. A sidewalk from the north parking lot leads to the new admissions gate, which will be housed in a tent next to the sand volleyball courts.
Guests using the new north end admission booth can accomplish everything they can at the southern gate with two exceptions: they cannot use credit cards nor can they purchase items like sunscreen which are available at the main gate.
Use of the north parking lot is recommended for those who expect to conclude their stay at the Waterpark by 6:00 PM, when the gate between the pool and the parking lot will be closed for the day.
