Stephan Davis, the principal of Mansfield Capital LLC, plans to build an 11,000 square foot multi-tenant retail building on a 1.4-acre property at the corner of Franklin Road and Rt. 228. At its meeting on March 2, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors approved the developer’s land development plans for the project, to be called Franklin Square. No tenants have been identified as yet, but the building could be partitioned to accommodate multiple retailers. Streetscape enhancements along the project’s road frontage are included in the plan. The same developer previously built the building that houses Moe’s Southwest Grill nearby. The Franklin Square building will have a similar style.
