Cranberry Township Police Sergeant Bill Ahlgren was named Public Servant of the Year at the 2015 George Henderson "Service Above Self" Awards Dinner hosted by the Cranberry Township Noon Rotary Club on May 26 at The Camelot Banquet Hall in Warrendale. Others recognized at the event included Jim Logan, owner of Battery Giant and Cranberry Sunrise Rotarian, named Business Leader of the Year; Rozann Lamberto, Haine Elementary school counselor, honored as Educator of the Year; Amy Roy, Cranberry Township resident and co-founder of Neighbors for Neighbors, honored as Community Servant of the Year; and Patrick O’Shea, Seneca Valley senior, named Student of the Year. Cranberry Rotary President John Marshall and Dave Elliott, past president and member, were both named Paul Harris Fellows for their financial contributions to Rotary International and its many causes.
