A public hearing will be held on June 4 to review proposed revisions to the zoning ordinance allowing vehicle-related businesses to locate on non-residential streets, but connected to a commercial road, by securing a Conditional use permit.
Cranberry’s current zoning laws limit businesses that sell, rent or service vehicles to locating on Rt. 19. But there are other non-residential roads in the Township which would also be suitable for companies which deal in motor vehicles as a secondary business, but are not currently eligible to host them.
