Burns Industrial Equipment, a full-service forklift equipment dealership based in Pittsburgh, will be adding a new location – in Thorn Hill Industrial Park. Its proposal for a 60,000 square foot building on a previously undeveloped 6.1 acre lot along Thorn Hill Road Extension. Its application for conditional use approval of the site was approved by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its meeting on February 5. The company is Southwestern Pennsylvania’s authorized dealer for Yale, Taylor, Taylor-Dunn, and Combilift products. It currently operates in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland, as well as Kentucky.
