The last available lot on Longtree Way – the restaurant row running parallel to Rt. 228 which is part of Creative Real Estate Development Company’s Knockout Development – may soon be transformed into a bakery featuring a drive-thru window and an office suite on its second floor. Although the property carries a Rt. 228 address, the structure would actually face Longtree Way. Testimony was accepted on the applicant’s Conditional Use request at a public hearing before Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors on January 29.
