An application from the Easter Seal Society for conditional use of space in a building at 8057 Rowan Road was approved by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its meeting on December 4. Their approval enables the nonprofit organization to provide instructional facilities for children with moderate to severe disabilities. The building, on a private road just east of Rowan Elementary School, is currently home to ProSource Digital Printing Company, which would divide the space, making 6,800 square feet available for the school. No significant exterior modification of the building has been proposed.
