A renewal of the agreement implemented last year to station Cranberry Township police officers in the Haine Elementary, Haine Middle, and Rowan Elementary school buildings for approximately four hours each school day – two in the morning and two in the afternoon – was ratified by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its August 27 meeting. Seneca Valley School District will reimburse the Township for the overtime wages required to provide officers through the end of the 2014-2015 school year.
