A proposal by the owner of PF Cook Brick Company, Inc. on Ehrman Road, to re-designate three acres of company property currently zoned I-L or Industrial Light, to R-1 Residential, was approved by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at their meeting on June 5. The change will enable the wooded site, which is adjacent to several other residentially zoned properties in a part of the Township that has become a popular upscale home site grown, to accommodate a new private home.
