Developer Dominic Gigliotti owns property on both sides of Rt. 19 at diagonally opposite corners of its intersection with Glen Eden and North Boundary Roads. But the 8.4 acres on one side is too high, and the 12 acre parcel on the other side is too low. So he has requested a grading permit to even out the elevation of his properties to allow for the construction of a 60,000 square foot grocery and several multi-tenant buildings in a new shopping center. At its meeting on June 5, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors will consider the developer’s request for approval.
