Code Administration staff are responsible for building, zoning, sign, and fire prevention permit review, issuance, and inspection.
All inspections will be scheduled through our Online Portal. This system allows you to schedule inspections 24/7. When scheduling an inspection, please provide all requested information (be sure to leave a contact name and phone number). For details, please visit the Inspections tab.

| Sidewalk Maintenance Ordinance Sidewalks are the responsibility of each property owner. In the warmer months, keep sidewalks clear of debris, such as bush and tree limbs. During the winter, snow and ice removal is the responsibility of each resident and business whose properties abut those sidewalks. For questions, call 724-776-4806 x 2900. |
This Department is primarily responsible for building, zoning, sign and fire prevention permit review, issuance and inspection. Key functions include enforcement of the building and zoning code(s), the Property Code and responding to resident & business concerns.
Cranberry Township adopted the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code and will adhere to the 2018 International Codes, as well as the referenced standard ICC ANSI A117.1.2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities. Effective October 1, 2018.
