Cranberry Safe Community Initiative

Team up with the Cranberry Township Police Department to combat crime by enrolling in the Cranberry Safe Community Initiative (CSCI).

The program aims to expand potential resources available to police by creating a list of voluntarily enrolled participants who own security cameras at a business or residence and would be willing to share surveillance footage to assist in police investigations. With this database, CTPD will be able to more efficiently determine where pertinent evidence may have been captured on video, ensuring faster crime response and a safer community for us all.

Enrollment in the Cranberry Safe Community Initiative does not grant the Cranberry Township Police Department access to private surveillance systems at any time. The sharing of video footage remains at the sole discretion of the owner.
