    Do you like to write short stories, poetry or prose? Come share your work and get feedback from other writers like you. There will be fun writing prompts and activities for teens in grades 6-12. Teen Writers Club also works on the literary magazine “Wordplay” available in the Teen Zone. Twice a month via Zoom.

    Join us for this fun interval training class. You will use a variety of equipment including weights, bands, kettlebells, etc. You can buy your own bands in the office at the MC for a nominal fee. The cardio is Low Impact. Location: Venango Trail Fitness studio in MC. Instructor: Nancy Triscuit

    Must register by 6:30 AM the day of class. You will be emailed the link to this class before 7:30 AM that morning. Please make sure your email is updated in your Parks and Recreation account. All over strength training and cardio including the core. We will be using body weight, bands with handles to begin and work our way up to Barbell. All levels. All equipment will be cleaned before and after class. Bring a mat. 18+ (14-17 with paid parent or guardian) Instructor: Michelle Jones
