Cranberry Community Fitness Classes & Events

  1. Group Barbell - 8:45 AM

    September 28, 2020, 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM @ Venango Trail / Fitness Center

    As you age, you lose muscle mass, increase fat mass, your bones get brittle. This class will help burn fat and increase lean muscle mass, bone mineral density and metabolism. You will sculpt and strengthen your entire body by using low weight and high repetitions. Participants may use a barbell, dumbbells or no weight at all. All fitness levels will be accommodated. Bring a mat. Space limited. Wear mask into building but not required to exercise. 18+. 14-17 with paying parent or caregiver.Instructor: Nancy Triscuit

    Join us in the fitness studio for a class that all about helping you move better, with less pain and/or more intelligence. We will focus on different body parts and you will find different movement patterns that may help you to correct an issue that has arisen due to overuse (doing something over and over), misuse (doing something over and over the wrong way) and abuse (maybe you fell recently or even a long time ago). Bring a mat and if you have your own block, strap (could be a belt or scarf), and/or set of TuneUp balls please bring those too. If not, no worries! Instructor: Nancy Triscuit

Storytimes

  1. ABC Storytimes Mondays 10:00 AM

    Children enjoy books, songs, rhymes, manipulatives and movement. Recommended for ages 19 months through preschool aged. Online registration required. Temporarily held in Franklin North meeting room. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, Storytime sessions will be limited to a maximum of 25 people in the room. Only one adult per registration allowed in each session, please. The floor will be marked to adequately distance each family 6 feet apart. Masks are required for anyone 2 years old and up.
