  1. Cardio/Strength/Yoga - 8:30 AM

    August 26, 2020, 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM @ Venango Trail / Fitness Center

    This class has it all - Cardio (low impact always an option!), Strength and heavy on the Core (front, back and sides!) This one may surprise you so come on out and give it a try! 18+ (14-17 with paid parent or guardian) Please bring a mat. Location: AE Skate Park behind MC Instructor: Nancy Triscuit

  2. Pavilion Chair Yoga - 10:00 AM

    August 26, 2020, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Venango Trail / Fitness Center

    This class is designed to use the picnic tables in the shelter, however feel free to BYOC! You thought indoor chair yoga was great? Wait until you try it outside - the warm sun, the birds singing, a light breeze - you may not want to go back inside! We will not be on the ground for this class and shoes may be worn (if they are not, please bring a mat to stand on). A cushion or blanket might be nice to sit on.   3. Vinyasa Yoga Flow - 10:00 AM

    Check the amphitheater in the park first. If it is not under construction class will be at the designated pavilion. Move with the breath through this moderately paced Yoga class. Some prior knowledge of Yoga is helpful but not required. Bring your own mat. A blanket for your knees and a block would be helpful. 18+ (14-17 with paid parent or guardian) Instructor: Amy Wilks

  4. Gentle Yoga - 11:30 AM

    This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice. The combination of gentle hatha and deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are welcome in these classes. Practitioners with limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required.
