  1. Yoga TuneUp Ball Active Self Myofascial Release class- 9:00 AM

    August 18, 2020, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM @ Venango Trail / Fitness Center

    You have the Yoga TuneUp Therapy balls, now what do you do with them? While we do use them in some Fitness-Lite, Yoga and Pilates classes, in the in this class you will get an overview and use ASMR (Active Self-Myofascial Release) on all the major muscles and some not so major ones! Bring your Coregeous ball and the TuneUp balls if you have them! We do have blue Pilates balls that are a good substitute if you don't have the Coregeous Ball and I may have extra of the TuneUp Therapy balls. Location: Fitness Studio in MC.   2. Zumba Toning - 5:30 PM

    She's back! The wonderful Dana brings her enthusiasm back to the best of both worlds - Zumba and Toning! Dana is selling the sticks at $15/pair as there will no longer be sharing - you can have your own set to use. This class will continue but this is a great chance to check it out. Bring some soup cans or water bottles if you don't want to buy the sticks! 18+ (14-17 with paid parent or guardian) Instructor: Dana Mikula

  3. Gentle Yoga - 6:30 PM

    August 18, 2020, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Grange Hall (Senior Center)

    This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice. The combination of gentle Hatha and deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are welcome in these classes. Practitioners with limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required. Please bring a mat, a blanket and blocks if you have them. 18+ (14-17 with paid parent/caregiver) Wear a mask into the building but not required to exercise. Space limited. Location: Grange Hall in MC (senior Center). Instructor: Dana Stellitano
