This class is done sitting or standing next to a chair. You'll get a great stretch and work on balance too! Although this class can be very challenging, modifications are provided!

Thirty minutes of Pilates followed by 30 minutes of Yoga. Come for one or stay for both!

Stop by the Children's room to complete a simple craft to take home with you. All ages welcome. No registration needed.
