This is an accessible meditation practice that cultivates multiple levels of well-being. It is a simple way to reduce stress and promotes deep rest and relaxation. This class is usually done in Savasana (Corpse) pose so dressing in layers and bringing blankets and/or pillows so you are comfortable is encouraged.

For grades 1-6. We meet on the third Tuesday of each month between 4-5PM. Join Ms. Janae at the tables out in the Children’s Department for an hour of free building with other LEGO enthusiasts. Work on the challenge of the month, and stay until 5 or leave when you’re finished! This is a drop-in program, no registration required.
